1. Membership

Membership plans are sold at the price published on the Plans page for the stated duration. Access begins once payment is confirmed by our team.

2. No guaranteed returns

TenRise does not offer any investment product and does not accept deposits. We do not promise or guarantee any daily, weekly, monthly or total return on money paid to us. Any figure shown in an example or calculator on this site is arithmetic on inputs you choose and is not a forecast of earnings.

3. Affiliate commission

Commission is earned only when a person you referred completes a purchase and that purchase is confirmed by us. Rates are published against each plan and may change for future sales with notice. Commission is paid two tiers deep. Commission on refunded or cancelled orders is reversed and debited from the earning member's wallet.

4. Purchasing on behalf of others

You may pay for a plan on behalf of another member from your own wallet balance. Doing so does not transfer that member's sponsor relationship, and commission on that sale is always paid to the member's own sponsor line.

5. Conduct and promotion

You must describe TenRise accurately when promoting it. Making income claims we do not publish, or presenting membership as an investment or income scheme, will result in your account being closed and unpaid commission being forfeited.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the published minimum, completed identity verification, valid bank details and any applicable processing fee. We may withhold a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud or misrepresentation.

7. Account closure

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
